What time is it?

Lately I’ve been obsessed with Time.

Years ago, 2 events happened within months of each other that really red-flagged my paranormal investigator sixth-sense (hehe)… one of my friends, who lives in a secluded area, inexplicably found her dog locked in her car on a winter morning after KNOWING she had attached it to the leash on the front porch; and the other is that one of my co-workers had his car found, 4hrs after parking it securely in a parking space, several rows further blocking another vehicle.  Both incidents were impossible, all logic ruled out.

Most paranormal investigations relate to spirit hauntings, a small pourcent to UFOs and once in awhile you will get a cryptology case – but that’s it.   And although both these strange happenings have some similarity to UFO abductee claims of being transported to a different location with missing time, there was zero collaborating evidence to that effect.  The bottom line of a true unbiased investigation is the white crow theory:  “If you wish to upset the law that all crows are black, you mustn't seek to show that no crows are; it is enough if you prove one single crow to be white.” (William James)

No matter how impossible an explanation might seem, if the evidence points to what it might be, this has to be considered and seriously evaluated.

In the good ol’ conspiracy world with an ever-growing number of believers, one of my (now) favorites is the Mandela effect.  In short, it is the belief that time itself is being used to make changes in the past – essentially re-creating today’s reality that we are familiar with - and the only part of the experience that cannot be changed is the human memory of it being different.   There are many examples of these that you can google, and I will use one to clarify:  many people remember that the Disney story of Cinderella is famous for the line, “Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?”.  To many people’s surprise, the line – verified in books, in movies, ect…  is NOW “Magic mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?”.  Now I don’t care what anyone says, I grew up with this and KNOW it was “mirror, mirror” – and many people agree with me.  It doesn’t make sense, our memory says something different than we can verify, even in books published in 1975.  So do this many people have false memories, or was history changed at some point?  If I have a time machine and go back to edit what was done originally, all the documents relating to this event will be edited, and when I look at it today it will not be the same.  That’s the jist of the Mandela effect theory.

For the past few years, I shiver to say since around 2012, things just feel different.  Maybe it’s just me, getting older and perceiving the world differently, but it suddenly seems strangely subjective, like the coincidences I’m living are WAY too impossible to happen.  I believe in serendipity, but this is getting truly ridiculous.  Quite a few things I've experienced have worse odds than me winning the lottery or getting struck by lighting.  And a lot of conspiracists are saying the same – I’m not alone.

So as strange as it may seem, I have a theory, and here it is:  we are living in a timeline we have lived before, and this is round 2.  I don’t know what happened in round 1 to have made it so important to re-write, but it WAS re-written.  Changing events in time (or connecting parallel universes with almost identical events, your pick) has had some strange effects:  intense deja vus for many; “glitches” of reality that just don’t make sense; and things engrained in our memories that don’t match reality.

And here are a couple of short ideas about this being possible…
-                  -  One of the most credible scientists studying and TESTING time travel disappeared off the face of the earth (this was not some unknown guy, he was working with federal governments around the world) in 2012
-                  -  We know that some theoretical physicists said the experiments at CERN that now have been completed could have had an impact on time and space as we know it
-                  -  And this guy.  This speech shocked me, because science is talking about parallel universes as a REALITY, people.  NOT AS A THEORY.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MyUbWl8jPQU
I could probably babble on and on about this, because it creates SO many more questions the further you go into the rabbithole.  I encourage everyone to do their own research, don’t believe others, and don’t trust that everyone giving the information is being honest.  Your gut feeling is usually right.

KEEP THINKING.
